pause for a moment,

notice your breath,

and notice …

Is your body here with you?

Can you feel yourself being here?

Or has the mind been travelling on its own again?

In this space we move slowly,

we take our time to pause

and we take our sweet time to breathe …

Do you feel the shift already?

How some tension you didn’t know you held,

has already left you?

Do you feel a sigh coming?

Can you hear a voice

deep inside you

saying finally

I am home …
